How can this be done? Churches should meet and agree the most appropriate method of sharing faith in their local context. One suggestion is to have a shortened service on Sabbath and to spend a couple of hours in the community with each person sharing the gospel or visiting at least 31 loved ones, then return to church to pray, testify and reflect over a meal.

Each church is free to implement the plan according to their local needs and what they feel impressed by the Spirit of God to do.
